Wilson Lee Long

Wilson Lee Long, 82, of Kenbridge, VA passed away September 8, 2024. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Connie Long Jones and a brother, Ira G. Long. He is survived by his longtime companion, Cindy Quinn of Kenbridge; sons Markis Quinn (Taylour) of Kenbridge and Wilson “Buck” Long (Angie) of Rehoboth, VA; a daughter Donna L. Bowman of Kenbridge; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Johnny Long (Lucille) of Kenbridge and Henry Long (Patricia) of South Hill; sisters, Ann L. Cook (Ronald) and Virginia Pearl L. Overy both of Detroit, Mich; nieces, nephews and extended family. Wilson grew up in Lunenburg County and retired from Nottoway County VDOT. He enjoyed raising cattle, being around the Southside Livestock Market and going out to eat. The family will receive friends Friday, September 13, 2024 from 6:30 to 8PM at the Clarke Funeral Home in Kenbridge.
