Mary Marker Moore

Mary Marker Moore, 88, of Kenbridge, VA joined her family in Heaven on January 14, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Ulysses Marker and Lillie Caudle Williamson; wife of the late, Thomas Lee Moore; grandmother of the late, Thomas A. “Tom” Moore and sister of the late Edward Marker and John Marker. She is survived by her daughters, Gloria Arthur and Anita Lindner both of Kenbridge and Janet Garrett of Victoria; her son, Spencer Moore (Cindy) of Kenbridge; 4 grandchildren, Brian Arthur (Laura), Tyler Moore, Johnathan Lindner (Jenna) and Christin Kershaw; 3 great-grandchildren, Kallie Lindner, Madeline Arthur and Wyatt Arthur; her brother, William Marker; nieces, nephews and friends. Mary grew up in Green Bay, Virginia. She retired from Craddock-Terry Shoe Corporation as an inspector and was a member of Kenbridge Christian Church. Mary enjoyed gardening and sitting on the porch with family. She will always be remembered for her good cooking. Graveside services will be held 2PM Friday, January 17, 2025 at the Kenbridge Heights Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider memorial donations to Lunenburg Health Services, P.O.
