Lillian Agnes Eastwood, 76, of Victoria, Va. joined her family in Heaven on November 17, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Howard Roscoe Bowman and Gladys Bragg Bowman; grandmother of the late Roy Lee Jefferson, Jr. and sister of the late Georgia Lee Gallion. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Howard B. “Skeeter” Eastwood; her daughter, Deborah Moody; her sons, Wayne Moody (Tammy) and Donald Moody (Amber); 6 grandchildren, Maeco Moody, Destiny Jefferson, Thurman L. Eastwood, III, Krystal Hutchinson, Katherine Daniels and Brandon Moody, Scarlett Moody, Star Sexton, Nathaniel Micah Moody; numerous great-grandchildren; her sister Frances “Penny” Brunette (Doug); many nieces and nephews and extended family. Agnes grew up in Victoria, Va and graduated from Victoria High School in 1966. She was a nanny, caregiver and foster parent for many families throughout Southside, Virginia. She enjoyed vacations in Williamsburg and going for rides with Skeeter, Gizmo and little Gizmo. She will always be remembered for her homemade chicken salad, her full pantry and the love she had for others. The family will receive friends Thursday, November 21, 2024 from 6PM to 7:30PM at the Staples Funeral Home in Victoria. Graveside funeral services will be held 2PM Friday, November 22, 2024 at the Tussekiah Baptist Church, 3514 Crymes Road, Keysville, VA 23947. Agnes loved all animals, please consider a donation to Simplicity Animal Hospital, 2545 Germantown Road, Keysville, Va. 23947 to be used to help a animal in need.
