Joyce Leigh Smith, 69, of Greensboro, N.C. and formerly Victoria,Va joined her parents, Billy S. Smith Sr. and Marion Glasscock Smith, in Heaven on Nov. 18, 2019. She is survived by her sister, Janet S. Stone (Greg) of Cary, NC and her brother Billy S. Smith, Jr. (Debbie) of Victoria; nieces, nephews and extended family. Memorial services will be held Saturday, Nov. 23, at 2pm in the Lakeview Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers please consider memorial donations to your local SPCA or your favorite charity.
