Howard J. Phillips

Howard Johnson Phillips, 67, of Victoria, VA, went to be with the Lord on November 20, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Patricia Kennedy Phillips. He is survived by his 
three sons, Keith (Beth), Sammy (Holly) and Shawn; five grandchildren, Libby, Nolan, Noah, Jesse and Luke; and his beloved dogs, Milo, Buster and Oreo. Howard was a loving and devoted husband and father. We will always remember him for his love of family, his hard work ethic, love of coaching and his favorite hobby of gardening. A celebration of his life will be held 2PM Saturday, January 13, 2024 at The Barn at Gully Tavern, 3041 Gully Tavern Road, Rice, Virginia 23966
