Ernest Phillip Driggs

Ernest Phillip “Phil” Driggs, 74, of Nutbush, VA joined his family in Heaven on December 7, 2023. He was the son of the late Melvin Lane Driggs and Marion Estelle Layne Driggs and brother of the late Ronnie L. Driggs. He is survived by his son Ernest P. Driggs, Jr. (Amy) of Alberta; his daughters, Candy Epps (Steve) of Victoria and Crystal Gayle Loan of Washington; 10 grandchildren, Jason “JJ”, Alex, Alana, Christen, Dillon, Orlandus, Jaden, Malakai, Sudie and Rowly; his siter-in-law, Phyllis T. Driggs and special niece, Debbie D. Cochran (Jeff). Phil graduated from Victoria High School and worked as a machine operator for Diemolding Corporation in Victoria. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, old muscle cars and spending time with his family. The family will receive friends Monday, December 11, 2023 from 6:30 to 8PM at the Staples Funeral Home in Victoria where funeral services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2023 at 3PM.
